When I First came to Cyprus there where hardly any Golf Courses and due to the water shortage around the Island the upkeep of a Golf Green seemed far fetched idea. Over the last few years however, more and more seem to emerge making Cyprus and Paphos a very special Golf Destination. The main town for a Golf Holiday is Paphos.
Paphos is one of the best destination in Cyprus, the reason for this is the combination of Sight Seeing, Relaxation, Cuisine, Beaches and of course sports like Golf and Green Bowls in a town that is not to small and not to big. Just perfect for a two week holiday.

As you have gathered from the rates, Aphrodite Hills and Elea Estate are the up scale Clubs in Paphos, they are both set in beautiful locations and have been designed by some of the Top Class Designers in the world.
The weather in Cyprus makes Golf almost an all around the year sport, even though it is advisable to book very early tee off’s during August and September since it will be too hot to play between 12:00hrs and 17:00hrs.
Getting to the Golf Course will require a Taxi, getting to the Golf Club can cost between 15 and 30 Euro’s depending on your Location and the Golf Course you want to Visit.
